Refund Policy

We do our best to make every customer pleased with the purchase and we firmly believe in our product, but we understand that we can’t make 100% of you all happy. If you are not happy with your purchase and we can’t fix the issue you are facing, we are happy to provide a complete refund during Theme Support days of your initial purchase.If Theme Support Expired in that case only Product exchange Policy will be applied & Product can be exchanged if the product is faulty.


  1. If you are facing technical issues you have to give us a chance to fix it. If we are not able to resolve it for you then you should receive a full refund. Please open a support ticket on our support forum before requesting a refund.
  2. Refunds can be issued within Valid Theme Support days of initial purchase date. After  Support days period, refunds can’t be processed.
